Hideout is a gaming platform operated at hideout.live. It gives you a gaming profile, a store price comparison, a feed, communities and messages — one login for all of it. You can reach us any time at legal@hideout.live.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hideout — at least 16 if you live in the EEA or the United Kingdom. We ask for your date of birth when you join and may take reasonable steps to verify age. Where local law requires parental consent for your age, you confirm you have it. Accounts that don't meet the age requirement are removed when discovered.
Keep your account information accurate, keep your email secure (it is how you sign in), and keep it to one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
What you post is yours. By posting it on Hideout you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store and display it — that's what running the service means, and nothing more. You must have the rights to anything you post.
Not allowed, anywhere on Hideout:
We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. If your content is moderated, you can appeal in-app — Settings → Moderation shows every decision that affects you and the appeal path.
Community owners and moderators can set additional rules for their own space and enforce them with the tools we provide. Platform rules still apply everywhere, and we can act platform-wide when needed.
Prices on Hideout are informational, shown with "as of" timestamps. We link out to stores; every purchase happens on the store's own site under its own terms. We don't sell games, we don't resell keys, and we add no affiliate tags.
Don't scrape the service at abusive rates, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, or circumvent rate limits, moderation or access controls.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your profile, content and synced data per our Privacy Policy; residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material violations of these terms.
Hideout is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service is capped at the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in-app or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms; if you don't, delete your account before they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are unaffected.

Notice and action: report content in-app (the report option on posts, profiles, messages and library topics) or by email. We act on valid notices and inform reporters of the outcome where required by law.
